bath & beyond）遭到游戏驿站董事长、号称“散户概念股之王”的科恩(Ryan Cohen)的清仓。而仅在一天前，散户因在Reddit论坛上得到消息科恩的持仓未变还在继续推升该股。清仓3B家居在本轮“散户概念股”的炒作中，3B家居始终是最受追捧的数只股票之一，股价较7月底的低点上涨了逾400%以上。而美国证监会(SEC)周三盘后披露的文件显示，科恩旗下的投资公司RC Ventures已在周二（16日）申请通过摩根大通证券在未来90天内清仓其所持有的全部945万股股份。RC Venture是3B家居的第二大股东，持股比例仅次于贝莱德，根据最新披露的消息，约持有11.8%的股份。科恩有“散户概念股之王”之称，在2021年年初的散户世纪逼空大战中，带领美国散户逼空华尔街机构，拉升了游戏驿站等一系列“散户概念股”，并在去年4月高调宣布加入游戏驿站并担任董事长。过去一个月来，由于美国散户追随科恩，3B家居成为了散户投资者交易最为活跃的个股，日内成交量超过3.85亿股，是三个月平均水平的20倍以上。科恩此次清仓最为有趣的一点在于，仅仅在提交清仓申请前一天的本周一盘后，科恩还分别买入了行权价为60、75和80美元的3B家居看涨期权，明年1月到期，对应的股数为167万股。当时，散户因看到科恩继续做多3B家居，还再度跟随拉升股价，令其股价在周二继续收涨超70%，盘中最高曾涨78.8%。而在昨日科恩清仓消息影响下，3B家居股价盘后暴跌，截至发稿，跌幅超过18%。其他“散户概念股”也在盘后出现不同程度的下跌。游戏驿站收盘跌4%，盘后续跌近4%，AMC影业收盘下跌近14%，盘后续跌近1%。回归基本面对于科恩申请清仓的做法，散户们众说纷纭，有呼吁继续持股，有质疑科恩为何“背叛”，更多的则是犹疑不定的。一名散户发帖询问称，其所持有的股票是8月8日贷款27000美元买入的，在周三下跌后仍能赚约2万美元，是否应该出清。虽说科恩的清仓行为另一些散户无法理解，但在一些分析师看来，这只是回归基本面后的理性选择。尽管股价在近一个月大幅飙升，但3B家居的基本面前景看起来很黯淡。在过去五年，它都在艰难维持营收和收益，股价也一路从2014年的80美元左右跌至2020年4月的最低不足4美元。事实上，在2022年3月大举买入该公司股票后，科恩也一直在推动该公司商业模式的转变，并缩小其营业重点。在3月7日致该公司董事会的一封信中，科恩写道：“我们认为，3B家居需要缩小业务重点，加强运营，保持正确的库存组合，以满足需求，同时探索战略替代方案，包括剥离子公司buybuy Baby。”在该公司2022年的最新季度收益报告中，该公司还表示，但其最新季度财报显示，3B家居的实体门店销售额下降了24%，营收下降至14.6亿美元。目前，该公司资产负债表上仅存1.07亿美元现金，而债务却高达32.8亿美元。一些分析师甚至表示，3B家居的股价仅值1美元，最近销售额的急剧下降还可能会让供应商将该公司进一步推入“死亡螺旋”。GlobalData的董事总经理桑德斯（Neil
