Fudanzhangjiang (01349) announced that the company recently entered into China Merchants Bank Structured Deposit Product Agreement I with China Merchants Bank. Concurrently, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Taizhou Fudan Zhangjiang, executed China Merchants Bank Structured Deposit Product Agreement II with the same bank. Pursuant to these agreements, the group has committed to subscribe to structured deposit products with a total value of RMB 110 million using its own idle funds generated from daily operations.
