CHINA EAST AIR (00670) announced that on December 2, 2025, its 10th Board of Directors' 13th Ordinary Meeting reviewed and passed the "Proposal on the Sale of the Property Rights of Certain Real Estate in Kaidi Tower Held by Shanghai Airlines," with the board unanimously approving the sale of the Kaidi Tower Shanghai Airlines property and ancillary equipment assets held by Shanghai Airlines to Eastern Air Property, with the transfer price being no lower than the evaluated and filed price.
On January 19, 2026, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Airlines, signed a "Contract" with Eastern Air Property, transferring the aforementioned Kaidi Tower assets to Eastern Air Property for a transaction price of approximately RMB 134 million.
Following the transfer of the target assets, the company expects to realize a gain of approximately RMB 42.50 million, calculated as the difference between the assessed book value as of May 31, 2025, and the post-tax actual proceeds received.
This transaction is expected to optimize the asset-liability structure of Shanghai Airlines and further allow the concentration of resources on its core aviation business.
