On November 5, TENCENT (00700) Hunyuan issued an announcement stating that since the Hunyuan Hy4 model was first integrated into WorkBuddy on November 4, 2026, its significantly enhanced Agent capabilities have received enthusiastic feedback and active engagement from a broad range of users and developers. On the very first day of launch, a large number of users hit their usage quotas in the WorkBuddy task queue.
To protect the user experience, the company has urgently expanded the Hy4 inference cluster tenfold and increased the free trial quota for users, and will continue to dynamically allocate resources. However, given the total volume of high-end computing power and concentrated peak-hour concurrency, quota limits may still occur during certain time periods. If users encounter such situations, the following transitional options are recommended: 1. Switch to other models such as Hunyuan Hy3 to continue using the service. Hunyuan Hy3's free-access period on WorkBuddy is being extended until 23:59 on November 15, 2026. 2. For non-urgent needs, users are advised to use the service during off-peak evening hours.
