The committee to be chaired byChewy, Inc.CHWY 8.03%founder Ryan Cohen will include Alan Attal, a former Chewy executive, and Kurt Wolf as members.\nSince its institution, the committee has appointed a chief technology officer, hired two executives to lead the company's customer care and e-commerce fulfillment functions and appointed Attal as chair of the board's nominating and corporate governance committee, and Wolf as chair of the board's compensation committee, GameStop said.\nAdditionally, the committee announced a CFO succession plan and has commenced a search for a new CFO with relevant technology and/or e-commerce experience.\nGameStop also said the committee will focus on transforming the company into a technology business.
