CATHAY PAC AIR (00293) announced changes to its board composition, effective from December 24, 2025: Mr. Ma Chongxian has resigned as non-executive director and deputy chairman, while Mr. Liu Tiexiang has been appointed as non-executive director and elected as deputy chairman.
Further changes will take effect upon the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting on May 13, 2026: Mr. Patrick Healy will retire as executive director and chairman due to his departure from the Swire Group. Current non-executive director Mr. Barnaby Swire will be re-designated as executive director and elected as chairman, while Mr. Martin Murray will be appointed as non-executive director.
