U.S. stock index futures were flat during overnight trading on Tuesday, after the Dow and S&P 500 closed at record highs following the Senate passing the$1 trillion infrastructure bill.
Futures contracts tied to the DJIA were slightly higher. S&P 500 futures and Nasdaq 100 futures were flat.
At 7:30 p.m. ET, Dow e-minis were down 14 points, or 0.04%, S&P 500 e-minis were down 2.50 points, or 0.06%, and Nasdaq 100 e-minis were down 8.25 points, or 0.05%.
