据央视财经，“内存条跟硬盘一天一个价，越来越高，跟去年相比涨了三四倍”“现在每天大约涨40元”。近段时间，内存条大幅涨价的话题引发了广泛关注。有数据显示，2025年9月以来，DDR5内存条价格上涨超300%，DDR4内存条涨幅也超150%。有业内人士表示，此轮内存条涨价源于AI引爆的存储需求浪潮。
行业调研显示，AI服务器对内存的需求量是普通服务器的8-10倍，如此庞大的需求，使得AI服务器目前已消耗全球内存月产能的53%，海量高端存储需求直接挤压了消费级内存的产能分配。全球头部云服务商纷纷抛出巨额采购订单。
有报告指出，存储市场已进入“超级牛市”阶段，当前行情甚至超越了2018年的历史高点。
