人工智能服务器供应商超微电脑(SMCI)在2024年10月30日盘中遭遇重创,股价一度暴跌超过34%,最终收盘大跌32.68%,创下自2018年以来最大单日跌幅。
导致此次股价暴跌的主要原因是,超微电脑提交给美国证券交易委员会的文件显示,其审计师安永会计师事务所意外宣布辞职,对超微公司治理、透明度和与安永沟通的完整性等方面存在重大担忧。
在辞职信中,安永表示无法继续依赖超微管理层和审计委员会的陈述,并直言不愿与其编制的财务报表产生任何关联。这一举动无疑对超微公司的诚信和道德操守提出了严重质疑。
此前超微电脑已卷入过财务丑闻。今年8月,做空机构兴登堡(Hindenburg Research)就曾发布报告,指控超微存在"明显会计问题"、关联交易未披露等问题。不久之后,美国司法部也介入调查。
这一连串事件严重打击了投资者对超微的信心。分析人士警告称,公司可能面临贷款违约风险,也可能无法按时提交财报,甚至存在退市危险。相比之下,超微在AI服务器市场的竞争对手戴尔科技和惠普企业的股价在当日分别上涨6.4%和2.4%,有望从中分得一杯羹。
