全球的疫情催生了居家办公的工作模式，不过国内由于疫情控制的相当到位，因此早早就恢复了正常的生活秩序，但美国的疫情情况依然不是那么乐观，以至于像苹果这样的全球知名企业依然还采取居家办公的模式。
不过苹果CEO库克在最近向员工发出邮件通知，要求员工从9月初开始每周需要返回办公室工作3天，库克称，大部分员工将被要求在周一、周二以及周四返回办公室工作，周三和周五可选择远程办公。
库克认为之所以要回到办公室源于尽管视频会议也同样高效，但同时缺少了一个必要重要的东西——彼此亲近。除此之外，库克还鼓励员工去接种新冠疫苗。
