Gensler已表明，希望检视能否缩短上市公司持仓披露的时间，也认为要加强披露SPAC背后的支持者，以提升对散户的保障。\nSPAC通常会由基金、名人、富豪、企业家等作为发起人(Sponsors)，先出资成立一间没有实际业务的「空白支票公司」(Blank Check
