中国恒大减持恒腾网络股权套现32.5亿港元，腾讯接手其中7%持股增至23.9%

路透香港8月1日 - 中国互联网服务运营商--恒腾网络 周日宣布，主要股东中国恒大集团 将出售该公司共11%的股份予两名买方，套现约32.5亿港元；其中一名买家为恒腾网络主要股东--腾讯控股 ，增持7%后持股增至23.90%。
恒腾网络公告称，恒大集团以每股3.2港元出售恒腾网络网络的7%股份予腾讯，总代价约20.686亿港元；并以同等每股作价出售另外4%股份予一名独立第三方，总代价约11.82亿港元。
每股作价较公司周三即停牌前最后收盘价3.42港元折让约6.43%。
完成出售后，恒大在恒腾网络的持股比例将由原来约37.55%降至26.55%，仍为最大股东；而腾讯在恒腾的持股比例则由16.9%升至23.90%。
恒腾网络表示，为支持公司的业务发展，恒大同意向公司提供一笔共20.7亿港元的五年期无抵押无息股东贷款。
恒腾网络周四开市前停牌，并将于周（2日）恢复交易。
受债务困扰的恒大近日不利消息频传，公司周五（7月30日）股价收低逾9%，报5.26港元。（完）
