Lend而起诉该公司，令该司吃惊的是，SEC并未透露威胁起诉的原因。\nCoinbase希望让合格的Coinbase Lend用户可以通过提供在Conibase平台持有的部分加密货币资产贷款赚取利息，最先可以推出的稳定币USDC的贷款，年化收益率将为4%。参与放贷的客户本金是安全的。\nCoinbase称，将以上产品的计划详情告知了SEC，在第一次的双方会晤中，Coinbase就回答了所有SEC的书面问题，并在个人会谈中再次回答了这些问题，但没有得到SEC的多少回应。SEC说，认为该产品会演变成一种证券，但并没有解释原因，也没有告知如何得到这一结论。今年6月，SEC未提供任何解释就启动正式调查。\nCoinbase表示，至少到今年10月，都已经无法推出Coinbase
