欧洲最大的石油公司壳牌以创纪录的折扣价购买了一船俄罗斯乌拉尔原油。
该公司从贸易巨头托克集团（Trafigura Group）手中买下来这批原油，价格比全球基准的布伦特原油现货价低28.50美元。这批货物是按到货形式购买，这意味着壳牌不需要搞定运输问题。
一位知情人士周三称，壳牌正在继续从俄罗斯购买石油和天然气。据悉该公司还在与政府讨论，将遵守任何法规变化。
这是自俄罗斯对乌克兰采取军事行动以来，标普全球普氏平台发布的首个此类交易。虽然这凸显出俄罗斯为了找到石油买主正在大幅降价，但也表明还是可以找到一些依赖乌拉尔原油的企业的。
