When $25 Billion could have be spent on R&D and innovation to capture new markets, they spent it on buybacks. Short term euphoria does not change my long-term view of this counter. [Speechless]

How is it a game changer? It approved a 15b buyback last year but prices still drop like crazy. That is even taken in consideration that they had utilised 9b buyback. Increasing to 25b might give some confidence but unless the big institutions/funds starts to consider and buy, we should see at most a slow recovery or just sideway movement. The real game changer is Chinese gov coming out to give support, which they did last week. Next we need to hope SEC loosen its grip on the ADR.
