* 阿尔特汽车周日公告称，公司与宁德时代、深圳壁虎新能源汽车科技有限公司共同签署战略合作框架协议，在滑板式底盘、新能源车业务及新能源汽车换电业务领域开展合作。
* 称若协议顺利履行，将对公司本年度及未来年度的经营成果具有积极影响。
* 阿尔特今年迄今跌27.1%。
