　　格隆汇3月29日丨基石科技控股(08391.HK)公布，截至2022年12月31日止年度，集团的收益预期较截至2021年12月31日止年度增加约46%，主要由其电动车充电业务所带动，预期将增加逾350%；与截至2021年12月31日止年度相比，集团毛利预期将减少超过50%，而电动车充电业务毛利预期将增加约100%。

　　集团于该年度的经调整扣除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前亏损("经调整LBITDA")(扣除非香港财务报告准则调整后)预期将不超过5200万港元，而截至2021年12月31日止年度的经调整LBITDA约为3400万港元。于2022年的经调整LBITDA增加主要由于电动车充电业务之员工成本因加速业务增长而增加约780万港元。

　　预期集团与该年度将录得不超过1.61亿港元的公司拥有人应占亏损净额，而截至2021年12月31日止年度则录得公司拥有人应占亏损净额约6140万港元。
