Beisen Forecasts Loss in Fiscal Year 2024

Beisen Holding (HKG:9669) expects a loss attributable to the owners in the range of about 3.04 billion yuan to about 3.36 billion yuan for the fiscal year 2024, compared with a loss of about 2.60 billion yuan for the previous year, according to a Wednesday filing on the Hong Kong bourse.
The company attributed the expected loss to the increase in loss from changes in the fair value of its redeemable convertible preferred shares and the increase in share-based payments, ranging from approximately 742.7 million yuan to approximately 866.8 million yuan.
