Central Development's Attributable Loss Widens in Fiscal 2024

Central Development Holdings (HKG:0475) reported a loss attributable to the owners of HK$31.1 million for the fiscal year ended March 31, compared with a loss of HK$11.9 million in the previous year, according to a Wednesday filing on the Hong Kong bourse.
The loss per share was HK$0.0801, compared with HK$0.0508 loss a year ago.
The revenue for the year was HK$188.5 million, down from HK$247.9 million in the prior year.
Central Development's shares were down more than 1% recently.
