0741 GMT - Sage Group's recent rebranding and digital marketing efforts are supporting the company's revenue growth, Shore Capital analyst Martin O'Sullivan writes in a note. The London-listed software group seems confident after recent annualized recurring revenue progress and high-single-digit organic revenue growth, despite a challenging environment, O'Sullivan says. Sage's organic revenue growth prospects remain promising and resilient, he adds. However, "the slight deceleration in organic revenue growth vs. the previous year, and the nudge down on the organic growth outlook for full-year 2024 forecasts back in May, raised questions about whether the growth cycle is turning for Sage," the U.K. investment group says. Shares are down 6.3% at 1,016 pence. (najat.kantouar@wsj.com)
