La-Z-Boy promoted Taylor Luebke to chief financial officer, effective Jan. 1, when he will succeed Bob Lucian, who is retiring.
Luebke is currently vice president of finance and treasurer at the furniture company. He joined La-Z-Boy in 2021 after holding financial leadership roles with consumer-product companies such as Procter & Gamble.
As CFO, Luebke will receive an annual salary of $440,000, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday. On Jan. 15, he will also receive a one-time restricted stock unit grant valued at $200,000.
Lucian plans to retire from La-Z-Boy on April 26, when the company's fiscal year ends. He has been with the company since 2019 and CFO since 2021.
