Beisen (HKG:9669) subscribed for Haitong International Asset Management's (HK) money market fund wealth management product for $5 million, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The product named Haitong US Dollar Money Market Fund has an expected annualized return rate of 4.7% and has a maximum maturity duration of 397 days and two years for government bonds or other public bonds.
The company utilized its temporary idle funds for the subscription.
The cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions provider's shares closed nearly 5% lower on Wednesday.
