Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy's Chairman of Board of Supervisors Steps Down, Successor Named

Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy (HKG:0579) said Wang Xiangneng has resigned as the chairman of the board of supervisors due to retirement, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The company also passed a resolution to appoint Sun Li as the new chairman of the board of supervisors for the fifth session of the board, subject to shareholders' approval.

The changes are effective Oct. 29.
