Beisen Expects Up to 97% Decline in H1 Loss
MT Newswires Live11-01
Beisen (HKG:9669) expects a loss attributable to owners of about 89.1 million yuan to 108.9 million yuan for the six months ended Sept. 30, a 96.4% to 97.1% decrease from 3.06 billion yuan for the corresponding period of the previous year, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The company attributed the decrease in loss to the reduced loss from changes in the fair value of the company's redeemable convertible preferred shares and the reduction in share-based payments in the range of about 2.90 billion yuan to 2.91 billion yuan.
The company plans to publish its interim results before the end of November.
