i-CABLE Communications (HKG:1097) subsidiary Guangzhou KuanXun Technology Services will sell a shop space to Guangzhou Zhiyuan Management Consulting for 21.3 million yuan.
The shop space, with an area of 2,366 square meters, is located in the Yuexiu district in Guangzhou, China, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
Once the sale is completed, i-CABLE will no longer have any interests in the property, the filing said.
