Tesla shares are climbing Monday, after Elon Musk's electric-vehicle maker ended last week with a market value of more than $1 trillion for the first time since April 2022.

-- The stock is on course for its fifth-straight session of gains, matching a five-day runup in September, according to Dow Jones Market Data.

-- It is the S&P 500's most active stock today, according to DJMD.

-- The shares recently stood at a little under $341, up slightly more than 6% from Friday's close.

-- They remains some way below the record closing high of $409.97, which was set in November 2021.
