HSBC Issues Four Bonds Totaling $4.75 Billion

HSBC Holdings (HKG:0005) issued four series of bonds worth a total of $4.75 billion with different terms and interest rates, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

These include $1.50 billion of 5.130% fixed rate/floating rate senior unsecured bonds due 2028, $2.25 billion of 5.286% fixed rate/floating rate senior unsecured bonds due 2030, $500.0 million of floating rate senior unsecured bonds due 2028 and $500.0 million of floating rate senior unsecured bonds due 2030.

The company will seek to list the bonds on the New York Stock Exchange.
