传特朗普媒体拟收购加密货币交易平台Bakkt，两家公司股价飙升

FX168财经报社(北美)讯 英国《金融时报》援引两位知情人士的消息称，特朗普媒体计划收购 Bakkt，这一消息推动两家公司股价大涨。
由当选总统唐纳德·特朗普控股的特朗普媒体运营着Truth Social应用，其股价在报道发布数分钟内飙升逾两位数，并最终收涨超过16%。

与此同时，Bakkt 的股价更是大幅上涨逾162%。该公司股价因波动性过大多次暂停。Bakkt是由洲际交易所(Intercontinental Exchange)创立的平台，后者同时也是纽约证券交易所的母公司。

值得注意的是，Bakkt的前首席执行官凯利·洛夫勒(Kelly Loeffler)与特朗普关系密切。她曾担任特朗普就职委员会联合主席，其丈夫杰弗里·斯普雷彻(Jeffrey Sprecher)为洲际交易所的首席执行官。洛夫勒曾在2019年被佐治亚州州长任命为美国参议员，但在特别选举中败给了民主党参议员拉斐尔·沃诺克(Raphael Warnock)。
在2024年总统大选前夕，受散户投资者押注共和党势头的影响，特朗普媒体的市值频繁波动，涨跌幅度高达数十亿美元。尽管特朗普媒体今年迄今收入仅为260万美元，净亏损却高达3.63亿美元，但其市值仍超过70亿美元。
截至目前，特朗普媒体发言人尚未置评请求。
