Great. Indian economy is doing good. Dont see challenges with Trump administration for India. Singapore government and CapitaLand Investment (9CI) is looking more investments there as I understand. Rupee seems to be somewhat stronger over tge last couple of months against Sing dollar. Financially CY6U / CLINT seems to be doing good FCF per share, EPS wise as I see.

Selling all these INDIAN SNAKE OIL and STORIES is no longer working and coupled with it's MICKEY MOUSE BUYBACK EFFORT is a bloody joke. More painful days of drastic price drop is to be be expected along with it's other subsidiaries. The transition story just ain't working. With it's huge 27% exposure to the CHINA 🇨🇳 market, may just be the last straw that breaks the camel's back. Of course, it also depends on whether the Singapore 🇸🇬 government would want to salvage the sinking ship when it hits the ICEBERG.
