Dr Loo Choon Yong, chairman and a substantial shareholder of Raffles Medical Group Bsl, has acquired 700,000 shares for $602,000, or 86 cents apiece.
The shares were bought via the market on Nov 26.
Following the transaction, Loo’s total stake in the group has risen to 55.592% from 55.554% previously.
On Nov 22, Loo also bought another 1 million shares for $861,000, or 86.1 cents per share.
Shares in Raffles Medical Group closed 0.5 cents lower, or down 0.58%, at 85.5 cents on Nov 27.
