Best Pacific International Unit to Acquire Land Use Rights for Vietnam Property

Best Pacific International (HKG:2111) unit Mega Textile Singapore entered into a Letter of Offer with developer VSIP Nghe An to acquire the land use rights for a plot of land in Vietnam for nearly $28.7 million, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
Mega Textile Singapore will obtain the land use rights from the signing date of the sublease agreement to Feb. 8, 2073.
The lingerie materials producer is looking to expand its production capacities by establishing new production facilities and installing additional machineries on the land.
