Keck Seng Investments Unit Hires Hospitality Procurement Services for Hotel Renovation

Keck Seng Investments (Hong Kong) (HKG:0184) unit KSSNY has procured The Parker Company to provide hospitality procurement services for the renovation of a hotel in the US for $108,897, a Friday bourse filing said.
The scope of work under the current contract spans the procurement of case goods and public space decorative lighting for Sofitel New York, the 398-room hotel, in New York, the US.
The hotel and resort operator is expected to hire various different contractors in order to fully renovate and upgrade the hotel within around the next 18 months.
