Newborn Town to Buy Back HK$200 Million Worth of Shares

Newborn Town (HKG:9911) plans to buy back shares worth up to HK$200 million from time to time within the next two years, a Dec. 13 bourse filing said.

The shares will be repurchased from the market through a trustee under certain share award schemes, according to the Chinese mobile internet company.
