China Wacan Group to Expand into Beauty Business

China Wacan Group (HKG:1920) plans to foray into the beauty products and services business, a Sunday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The business will include beauty and healthcare products, lifestyle beauty services, medical beauty consulting services, and health management consulting services among other related services.
The company will partner with local businesses and set up joint ventures and physical stores in various cities of China and provide shopping services, operation management, and business guidance services to such ventures.
The company plans to collect management and consulting service fees from said ventures and partnerships based on their annual revenues.
