Yunkang Group (HKG:2325) through Guangzhou Daan, a subsidiary of its contractually controlled entity Yunkang Health Industry Investment, agreed to continue to lease certain premises in Guangzhou from Da An Gene (SHE:002030) for another year, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The premises include parts of the building no. 1 and 2 on Lizhishan Road, Science City, High-tech Industry Development Zone, Guangzhou, and have a gross floor area of 10,468.23 square meters.
The group is currently using the premises for its office use and daily laboratory tests. The group is also employing Da An Gene for the provision of property management services for rented property and will continue to do so under the renewed agreement.
The maximum total fee payable by the group for the premises and the property management services is set at 382,600 yuan per month.
