Tailam Tech Construction Arm, Anhui Conch Cement Units Sign Cement Products Deal

Tailam Tech Construction's (HKG:6193) subsidiary, Tailam Technology (Jiangsu Nantong), has signed a cooperation agreement with three subsidiaries of Anhui Conch Cement (HKG:0914, SHA:600585) for cement products in the Shanghai region of China, according to a Tuesday filing on the Hong Kong bourse.
Under the agreement, the Anhui Conch Cement units will prioritize supplying cement products, including cement, sand, gravel aggregate, and concrete admixtures, to Tailam Technology, which will reciprocate with similar priority.
