Soho House $(SHCO)$

Third Point disclosed a new position in the global hospitality firm of 5.2 million shares. Third Point reported that it purchased 6,743,576 shares from Dec. 19, 2024, through Jan. 27, 2025, at per share prices of $6.99 to $7.92 and offset those purchases through the sale of 1,543,576 Soho House shares from Jan. 2 to Jan. 3 at $7.40 to $7.45. On Jan. 29, Third Point issued a letter to Soho House's board, expressing agreement with the company's decision to go private, but concern that it had failed to ensure a fair sales process that achieves maximum value for all shareholders. Following the latest purchases, Third Point owns 9.9% of Soho House's outstanding stock. Shares of Soho House have gained over a fifth in value since the start of 2024.

Third Harmonic Bio $(THRD)$

General Atlantic Partners raised its stake in the biopharmaceutical company to 3,623,910 shares. General Atlantic did so through the purchase of 665,148 Third Harmonic shares from Dec. 12, 2024, through Jan. 22, 2025, at per share prices of $5.72 to $11.44. Following the recent purchases, General Atlantic continues to own 8% of Third Harmonic's outstanding shares, which have lost over half of their value since the start of 2024.

Decreases in Holdings

NextDecade $(NEXT)$

Valinor Management lowered its stake in the liquid-natural-gas producer to 14,833,197 shares. Valinor did so through the sale of 459,243 NextDecade shares from Jan. 2 through Jan. 17, 2025, at per share prices of $8.25 to $9.36. Following the latest sales, Valinor continues to own 5.7% of NextDecade's outstanding stock. Shares of NextDecade have gained 74.1% since the start of 2024.

P10 $(PX)$

210 Capital reduced its stake in the asset management firm to 3,421,630 shares. 210 Capital did so through the sale of 668,875 P10 shares from Jan. 15 through Jan. 22, 2025, at per share prices of $13.35 to $13.66, and gifted another 245,000 shares to an undisclosed charitable organization on Jan. 24, 2025. Following the latest sales, 210 Capital continues to own 4.9% of P10's outstanding stock, placing it below the 5% threshold requiring it to report further sales. Shares of P10 have gained 42.1% in value since the start of 2024.

Agilysys $(AGYS)$

MAK Capital lowered its stake in the enterprise technology company to 1,202,310 shares. MAK Capital did so through the sale of 112,692 Agilysys shares from Jan. 2 through Jan. 24, 2025, at per share prices of $93.10 to $133.71. MAK Capital, through its affiliated entity Kaufman Trust, entered into a Rule 10b5-1 plan on Sept. 10, 2024, which it completed in a series of sales through Jan. 24. Following the sales, MAK Capital continues to hold 4.3% of Agilysys' outstanding stock. Shares of Agilysys have gained about 12.8% since the start of 2024.
