The administrators of Regional Express Holdings (ASX:REX) started a process for the sale and/or recapitalization of the group, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The administrators retained investment bank Houlihan Lokey to assist with managing the process.
Adam Nikitins, Samuel Freeman, and Justin Walsh of Ernst & Young were appointed as the joint and several voluntary administrators of the airline earlier.
