Wrap Technologies (WRAP) said Monday it has completed the acquisition of professional services and consulting firm W1 Global.
Financial details weren't provided.
W1 specializes in international criminal investigations, regulatory matters and compliance issues, Wrap said.
Wrap Chief Executive Scot Cohen said the acquisition is slated to be accretive and immediately drive revenue growth.
WRAP shares were over 5% higher in early trading.
