C C Land Expects 2024 Loss to Narrow
MT Newswires Live03-11
C C Land Holdings (HKG:1224) expects a loss attributable to its shareholders of HK$650 million for 2024, narrower than HK$1.9 billion in the previous year, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The company attributed the narrower loss to a HK$309 million gain from revaluing the group's UK properties, compared with a HK$2.0 billion loss in the prior year.
The gain was also partly offset by lower joint venture earnings from decreased property sales and impairment losses.
The final results are expected to be published before the end of March.
