Tesla $(TSLA)$: Elon Musk's electric-vehicle company rose in brisk premarket trading, after a loss of more than 5% on Tuesday extended its dire performance since mid-December.
Nvidia $(NVDA)$: Shares steadied premarket after falling more than 3% on Tuesday.
MicroStrategy $(MSTR.AU)$: The bitcoin-buying company, which recently rebranded as Strategy, rose premarket. Shares sold off Tuesday when the company said it was issuing yet more securities to fund cryptocurrency purchases.
Autodesk $(ADSK)$: Starboard Value is preparing to wage a proxy fight at the design-software maker. The activist investor has a more than $500 million stake and intends to nominate a slate of director candidates.
General Mills $(GIS)$: The maker of Lucky Charms and Yoplait is set to report earnings before the open.
Tencent (HK:700), $(TCEHY)$: The Chinese videogame and social-media company nearly doubled its profit last quarter.
