China Resources Land Posts Lower 2024 Profit; EPS, Revenue Top Estimates

China Resources Land (HKG:1109) reported a profit attributable to owners of 25.58 billion yuan for 2024, down from 31.37 billion yuan in the previous year, according to a filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

Earnings per share were down to 3.59 yuan from 4.40 yuan a year ago. Analysts polled by Visible Alpha estimated EPS at 3.56 yuan.

Revenue for the year increased 11% to 278.80 billion yuan from 251.14 billion yuan in the prior year. Analysts polled by Visible Alpha estimated revenue at 260.77 billion yuan.

The board recommended a final dividend of 1.119 yuan per share. The record date for the dividend is June 16, which is expected to be paid on July 25.
