Paysign Acquires Gamma Innovation's Assets

Paysign (PAYS) said Tuesday that it has acquired Gamma Innovation's assets, expanding the company's capabilities in plasma donor and pharmaceutical patient engagement technologies.
No financial details were disclosed.
Paysign said key Gamma Innovation assets it acquired include a donor engagement application, donor management solutions, a customer resource management platform, and an existing contract with a Paysign customer.
Former Gamma Innovation managing member Michael Ngo was named as Paysign's chief innovation officer as part of the acquisition, according to the statement.
