Regional Express Holdings' (ASX:REX) administrators said they would start advanced discussions with potential parties regarding recapitalization or sale options, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The negotiations will be finalized in the coming weeks, the filing said.
The administrators also intend to apply to the Federal Court of Australia for an extension of the group's voluntary administration until December, the filing added.
