Advanced Systems Automation Receives Letter of Demand from Former CEO

Advanced Systems Automation (SGX:WJ9) received a letter of demand on June 19 from its former chief executive officer, Seah Chong Hoe, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The letter of demand is for a claim for the payment of six months' salary of Seah worth SG$300,000, the filing said.

The company has appointed Prolegis LLC as its legal advisers in relation to matters arising out of Seah's cessation as CEO.

    For so many years, company not money yet the fwllow have the guts to demand. What have he done to deserve? Think the mas or sgx should punished listed companies to stop allowing paying to all directors as long as they cant do good to the company and answered to stake holders. As stakeholders are holding on the shares hoping those directors independent or not to hold accountibilty for the poor showing of the company.
