Xanadu Mines (ASX:XAM) received a notice from Bastion Mining's lawyers that the closing date of the latter's off-market takeover offer for the company has been extended to July 29 from the earlier deadline of July 15, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Shares of the company fell 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
