智通财经APP获悉，加密货币交易所Bullish大幅提高了其 IPO 的规模和定价区间，将潜在融资规模从约6.29亿美元提升至9.9亿美元，这反映出加密货币相关企业正试图抓住投资者高涨的兴趣。
根据周一提交给美国证券交易委员会(SEC)的文件，这家数字资产交易所运营商兼媒体CoinDesk的所有者，目前计划以每股32至33美元的价格发行3000万股。此前这家公司拟发行2030万股，定价区间为每股28至31美元。
按照最新定价区间上限计算，基于申报文件中列出的流通股数量，Bullish的市值将达到约48亿美元，而此前估值约为42亿美元。
随着特朗普政府对加密货币行业的接纳，越来越多加密企业选择通过IPO、SPAC合并或反向收购等方式上市。自稳定币发行商Circle Internet Group Inc.在6月完成12亿美元IPO后股价大涨以来，加密货币企业的上市申请明显增加。
Bullish曾在2021年宣布计划通过与特殊目的收购公司(SPAC)合并上市，该交易对合并后实体的估值约为90亿美元，但这项合并于2022年终止。
