Abacus Storage King (ASX:ASK) said a consortium consisting of Ki and $Public Storage(PSA-N)$ has withdrawn its proposal to acquire all of the company's outstanding stapled securities via a scheme of arrangement for AU$1.65 per security, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Shares of the company fell nearly 11% in recent Tuesday trade.
