蔚来盘前涨超4%，理想汽车涨超3%，小鹏汽车涨近2%。消息面上，工业和信息化部等八部门于2025年9月13日联合印发了《汽车行业稳增长工作方案(2025—2026年)》，旨在推动汽车行业质的有效提升和量的合理增长。方案提出2025年力争实现汽车销量3230万辆左右，同比增长约3%，其中新能源汽车销量目标为1550万辆左右，同比增长约20%。方案还提出，进一步加大力度促进汽车消费。支持汽车以旧换新、新能源城市公交车及动力电池更新，促进汽车梯次消费、更新消费。(格隆汇)
