Legacy Minerals Holdings (ASX:LGM) has regained full ownership of its Central Cobar project after Helix Resources (ASX:HLX) formally withdrew from the farm-in agreement, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
This development enables the company to independently advance its exploration efforts in the highly prospective Cobar Basin, the filing added.
